Gîte Maison Roy

Surrounded by green hills, the Gîte Maison Roy, on the second and top floor, enjoys a 180° panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.

Stylishly furnished and decorated, it is bright and newly refurbished. It sleeps 2 to 4 people, with a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sleeping area in the living room (bunk bed 90x190).

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, multi-function food processor, juice extractor, large fridge + integrated freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, full set of crockery and cutlery, all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals, including pastries, and a wide range of accessories.

The living room includes 1 sofa, 1 armchair, internet access, 1 TV with 130 channels + Netflix. The coffee table contains everything you need to prepare aperitifs.

The bathroom has 1 double washbasin unit, 1 heated towel rail, 1 rain shower and a washing machine with drying rack. The WC is separate.

Independent arrival and departure thanks to a key box with code, allowing greater freedom.

Access to the garden with its many fruit trees (not enclosed), adjoining the garage, a relaxation area with table and chairs. A barbecue and accessories are provided in the garage, as well as a wicker picnic basket for 4 people to enjoy.

The flat is ideal for both short and long stays.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Pets are welcome.
