Ideally located at 5 kilometers from the motorway, this charming house entirely renovated has many assets to spend a pleasant stay in family or between friends. On the ground floor, spacious fully equipped kitchen with pellet stove (1st bag of pellets offered), lounge area with TV, 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet. On the first floor, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, one of which has a private bathroom with bath and WC, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a shower room and an independent WC. Another room which can be used as a studio with a kitchenette and a sofa bed and which offers direct access to the outside. For your greater comfort, sheets are provided.
Outside, a vast ground arranged with garden furniture, plancha, chiliennes, will enable you to benefit from the peace of the places. A closed garage is also available for motorbikes (with the possibility of small DIY) and bicycles.
The nautical base of Desnes is less than 5 minutes away from the gîte: supervised beach, pedal boats, inflatable water games, young and old will have a great time!
