Fitted out in a responsible spirit, the materials are raw, the objects mottled, the toilets dry, the TV absent...
It comprises a main room of 25 m2 with a kitchen area, sitting room/shower and separate WC.
Ideal for 2 people, the sleeping arrangements are flexible and can be configured to suit your needs: double bed or 2 separate single beds, baby cot available on request.
The bathroom is located in a small shed adjoining the gîte, with access from the outside. It has all the comforts of home, including electricity, heating, walk-in shower, washbasin and hairdryer.
Under the shed's lean-to, a small terrace has been converted into a dining/rest area with a view over the gardens.
The gîte is in a quiet location at the end of a road, in the middle of the countryside.
2 steps from the house: the village grocery shop, where you can stock up on fresh eggs, bread, cheeses and local produce; 3 steps away: the 2 traditional breweries, the winegrowers' cellars and a café-restaurant with wood-fired pizza on Friday evenings on the terrace.
The Loue river runs alongside the village, offering lovely swimming spots and invigorating walks, canoeing and cycling.
A few kilometres away: Arc et Senans with its Saline Royale, railway station and shops (3km). 15 km away: Arbois and its vineyards, Salins les Bains (thermal baths and saltworks). 35 km from Besançon, Dole and Lons le Saunier. And 30 minutes from the Jura lakes.
Our large garden is shared between the various residents, and each has his or her own personal space for privacy.
The terrace under the garden shed is reserved for you.
