Gîtes Tré le Grenier

At the gîtes Tré Le Grenier, in a small Haut-Jurassien village "Les Moussières", Fien & Kirsten welcome you in an old farmhouse dating from the 18th century.

Situated at 1200m altitude, in the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park and the Hautes Combes Nordic ski area, the Tré Le Grenier gîtes are ideally placed to discover all the sights of the region.

A grocery shop, as well as the Haut-Jura cheese factory, are located 1 km from the gîte.

Tré Le Grenier is the "lieu-dit" of the location of our farm, which was operated until the 1960s, when the bovine tuberculosis crisis forced its closure. Since then, the large area of the farm has been organised differently, with the conversion into 1 main house and 3 gîtes, each with its own dedicated and independent space.

Our farm is situated at the end of a dead-end road and is therefore ideally situated for families with children and people who like peace and quiet.

In summer, hiking and mountain bike trails are in the immediate vicinity of the gîtes.

In winter, the cross-country ski trails, the alpine ski trail and the snowshoe trails are accessible from the gîte.

Other activities in the vicinity: swimming in the lake (Lamoura - Vouglans - Génin -...), hiking on the crests of the Monts Jura, crêt de Chalam, Via ferrata, climbing, canyoning, kayaking, fishing, road biking, park museum, lapidary museum,...
