La Maison de Jade

A single-storey house in the commune of Beure (the name is thought to derive from the Germanic word "bûr", meaning isolated beaver dwelling).

Rocky cirque, green, peaceful setting, close to the Cascade du Bout du Monde waterfall, Roman road or more likely Gallic road (visible for a few dozen metres), the Mercureaux stream, the Doubs river (mentioned in ancient times as Dubis, which comes from the Celtic (Gallic) word dub meaning "black").
