La Méjanes

La Méjanes is a 150 m² house for 6 people.
The large living room, on different levels, remains the major asset of this gîte: large open spaces, old-world charm with frames, exposed stone walls, wrought iron. As for the fireplace in the reading room, it encourages laziness. However, it is not a question of remaining locked up. Many walks leave from the lodge. For the more adventurous, the area is a reserve of climbing sites with also the Guinguette via ferrata perched above the Saint Rambert Valley.
And the house is strategically located to discover the Meyrieu oven, classified as a Historic Monument. For those with a sweet tooth, during the Brillât Savarin weekend, delight in the pleasures of the table, through conferences and tastings. The courtyard, the covered terrace and the garden are ideal for meals, barbecues, or simply enjoying the sweetness of the place.
You will share these outdoor spaces with the owners and a studio gîte that can accommodate 2 people. Travel light: everything is included. On the fireplace side, the first basket of wood is offered. For the following, if you are not a professional lumberjack, ask the owner for the sum of €12 (8 logs).
Cyclists, bikers, horse riders welcome. Ground floor: independent entrance opens onto an entrance hall.
First level: an independent kitchen with Provençal decoration, very well equipped. Living room with fireplace, semi-open to the large living room.
Three bedrooms (one 160*200 bed, one 140*190 bed and two 90*190 beds) with personalized decoration: fruity red, vibrant orange, Roy blue. Bathroom, separate toilet.
Second level: a relaxation and or children's play area, accessible from the living room, but to do this, you will have to take a somewhat steep staircase.
