We offer you a small house of 65 m2 entirely renovated, on 2 levels and with garden, located in the old part of the village of Courbouzon, 2 km from Lons-le-Saunier.
It is attached to our house, without opposite, with a private entrance, in a green, calm and bucolic setting, at the start of the marked out hikes.
House equipped with WIFI.

The bright, warm, functional accommodation, with a very careful decoration, is composed of an entrance, a cosy living room, television, games and library, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. On the first floor, two large bedrooms with sloping ceilings. One with a 160cm bed, new bedding, storage space, library. The other with two 90cm beds, new bedding. Storage space, children's bookcase.

A bathroom with Italian shower and towel dryer. Separate toilet. You have access to the garden with furniture.

Private parking (maximum 2 vehicles).
