La Villa du Val d'Usiers

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals and a relaxation room with indoor spa, ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities.

The spacious living room is perfect for getting together with family or friends, while the semi-open mezzanine, with its desk and library, offers a quiet space for working or reading.

The house has a master suite with dressing room and private shower room, as well as three other spacious bedrooms, each at least 15 m² in size, offering comfort and tranquillity.

A large additional bathroom and two WCs are available for added convenience. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also available.

For the little ones, we have a high chair with tray, a changing table and a secure playpen.

For your entertainment, take advantage of the 7.1 home cinema and the automated cinema screen in the living room for film evenings.

In terms of comfort, the house has centralised underfloor heating and radiators in the bedrooms for optimum well-being. A wood-burning stove adds a warm ambience for cosy evenings around the fire. The house is also easy to manage thanks to home automation, making everything simple and intuitive ^^.

Outside, you can enjoy 1000 m² of grounds planted with trees and flowers, including apple, plum and mirabelle trees (we tried a peach tree, but it had trouble acclimatising!).

The 60 m² terrace has a pergola that is currently being planted with vines and wisteria, as well as automatic lighting for your evenings.

An enclosed, secure 40 m² garage is available for winter nights.
