Chalet le 5ème Elément is located 5km from Les Rousses and Prémanon, at an altitude of 1250 m, in the heart of nature. Calm and serenity will be the watchwords of your stay. On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), each with a large double wardrobe, a shower room with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room with wood-burning stove (TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi) and a third bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190). The living room opens directly onto a large east-facing terrace and a large south and west-facing balcony. There are garden furniture, sun loungers, an electric barbecue and ski/bike storage. Downhill ski slopes and hiking trails are within walking distance of the gîte.
