25 km from Bourg en Bresse, in the centre of the village, the Hauterive Gîte (56 m²), a duplex, can accommodate up to 4 people with its two bedrooms. Through a gate, you enter a large property with trees and composed on the one hand of the owners' house with 3 guest rooms and on the other hand, their adjoining gîte Varey, for a reception of 2 people, to propose a unique gîte for 6 people. Through a separate entrance, you enter a living room where the wooden atmosphere blends harmoniously with the soft and refined decoration with its vintage touches. From the living room, by a staircase, you reach the shower room, independent WC and the two bedrooms of your choice: a bedroom with pink tones (a 190*200 bed) with a view on the garden and the park, and the bedroom equipped with two single beds (2*90*200) with two bull's eyes and a roof window. The advantage of this gîte is that it is all-inclusive - the bed is made on your arrival, the charges and the tourist tax are included, as well as the cleaning at the end of your stay. The gîte is air-conditioned with a reversible floor and a heat pump. Two private North and South facing terraces. For a short or a longer stay, everything is provided so that your stay is synonymous with relaxation or sport: the owners' outdoor swimming pool and the swimming corridor (opening planned for 15 November 18) located in their main house are available to you under time conditions.
