Through a large gate, you enter a large property planted with trees and composed on the one hand of the owners' house with 3 guest rooms and on the other hand, their gîtes Hauterive and Varey, adjoining, to offer a unique gîte. Through a separate entrance, you enter a living room where the wooden atmosphere blends harmoniously with the soft and pure decoration with its vintage touches. From the living room, by a staircase, you reach the shower room, independent WC and the two bedrooms of your choice: a bedroom with pink tones (a 190*200 bed) with a view on the garden and the park, and the bedroom equipped with two single beds (2*90*200) with two bull's eyes and a roof window. On the ground floor, you enter through a connecting door into the living room of the second gîte, decorated in a vintage style, where you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area and a sitting room. By a beautiful wooden staircase, you go up to the first floor to discover a parental room composed of a 180*200 bed (separable into two 90*200 beds) and its shower room with its small green mosaics and its integrated but independent WC. The advantage of this gîte: all-inclusive - beds made on arrival. Two terraces facing North and South private to the gite. In this large wooded park, a small "beach" on the banks of the Oiselon, a small river running through the property, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the place. The owners provide guests with two swimming pools: an outdoor pool and an indoor swimming pool, located in their main house, as well as a sports area (cardio and weight training).
