Welcome to the family home that we have been renovating for several years to make it a place where it is good to live and take your time. At Clos des Hirondelles, we like to stroll in the garden, observe the birds and take the time to simply live. This house offers a refined and warm decoration that will delight young and old.
To access the Clos des Hirondelles, park in the parking lot dedicated to you, then after having touched the Japanese steps, a beautiful wooden door opens onto a large living room composed of an equipped kitchen open to the living room and its lounge area (sofa bed for two people); a bathroom with direct access to a private terrace and its garden shared with the owners but which they leave entirely at your disposal during your stay. A separate WC.
From the living room, a staircase leads you to two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom and its integrated WC complete this property. Electric and wood heating with its wood stove.
The rental includes all the services with complete peace of mind: beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen and charges are included as well as cleaning. Ideally located on the borders of Ain, Isère and Savoie, the cottage is at the heart of very varied landscapes and activities: ViaRhôna and Grand Colombier nearby, many lakes around Aiguebelette, Paladru-Charavines, Aix- les -Bains, Annecy, but also Ambléon and Barterand to discover, water activities with FoxaGliss (sailing, Stand Up Paddle, canoe) at 1km and even water ski lift at 5 km! Walibi is very close (10km), but also the Maison d'Izieu (4 km), Belley the homeland of Brillat-Savarin (16km), Morestel city of painters (20 km), the Chartreuse and the Bugey mountains... .
