Just 2 km from Dole town centre, in a very quiet, secluded part of the town, with a cycle route 300 metres along the Rhine-Rhône canal, this 3000m2 property is a former farm belonging to the Dole hospice. It was built in 1683 to provide food for the hospital.
We have 3 listed gîtes and the 65m2 single-storey gîte L'étable comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190cm) plus a single bed (90x190cm) and the second bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed opening onto the kitchen, a shower room with WC and a terrace. Private parking in front of the gîte or in our courtyard.
