This pretty, fully-renovated semi-detached stone house comprises a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a lounge, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with 1 double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. Outside, there's a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, table tennis and barbecue. For your comfort, the beds will be made on arrival. This gîte is located 2 kilometres from the famous Vouglans lake dam and a few kilometres from the beaches where you can enjoy the turquoise waters of the lake, while the more adventurous can try their hand at water-skiing or jet-skiing.
