Le Gîte du lynx

Quiet 4-person gîte, swimming pool and spa, large garden in the vineyards, magnificent views of the Bresse jurassienne. Close to the thermal baths, numerous signposted footpaths (hiking, mountain biking, trail), 10 mins from the motorway, 7 mins from Lons with its shops and restaurants, numerous festivals in summer, picturesque villages and greenway nearby.

The large terrace offers a magnificent view of the Bresse region of the Jura, as well as the chance to take a dip in a real in-ground swimming pool! With deckchairs for reading, sunbathing and chatting...
A number of shelves are stocked with tourist information, books for all ages and board games.
An umbrella bed is available free of charge on request.
Beds will be made up on arrival if you take the bed linen and household linen option (bed linen, towels and tea towels).
Several hiking trails start near the gîte: you can take a leisurely stroll listening to the birds and observing the surrounding flora. You can also try your hand at mountain biking or trail running.
You have a private Jacuzzi spa and access to a shared swimming pool (8 x 4 metres, Desjoyaux in-ground pool, with electric cover for safety).
New: outdoor plug for recharging your car.
And if you go a little further afield by bike or car, all the beauty and culture of the Jura is yours to explore: Baume les Messieurs, the Hedgehog waterfalls, the village of Château Chalon...
The town of Lons le Saunier is 7 km away, with its many restaurants, cinemas and 1055 leisure centre (bowling, escape game, climbing, laser game, etc.).

For lake lovers, Desnes is less than 10 minutes away and the lake region is 25 minutes away (Lac de Chalain, Lac de Vouglans, Lac de Clairvaux). For those taking the waters or just relaxing, the Lédonia thermal baths are less than 10 minutes away.

We are 45 minutes from the Prénovel ski resort in winter (snowshoeing and cross-country skiing) and 1 hour from Les Rousses (same activities, with the added bonus of downhill skiing).

Smokers are welcome to consume outside ;) Cigarettes are not allowed in the gîte.

EQUIPMENT
Outside: a BBQ, a garden table, a large terrace with pergola, a private Jacuzzi spa and a shared swimming pool.
A deposit of €500 is required (not cashed and will be returned on departure).
Inside: games and a shared gym (weight station, water rowing machine, elliptical bike, various weight-training accessories, table tennis table, electric dart board).
Two petanque courts in the village, one with children's games.

-Kitchen: new fitted kitchen, Rozières ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine and all the cooking equipment you need (raclette, fondue and waffle maker).
- Living room: relaxation area with quality sofa, footstools for children or older children, 101 cm flat-screen TV.
- Bathroom: washbasin, spacious walk-in shower, heated towel rail, washing machine.
- Parents' bedroom:
140 x 200 cm bed
- Children's bedroom:
cabin with 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 (see photos)
-Garden: several areas available; outside table with 6 chairs under a pergola, charcoal BBQ, sitting area under the trees...
- Maintenance equipment: hoover, broom, deck washer, clothes line...



RATES
Deposit required (cheque or cash).
ANCV holiday vouchers accepted.
High season: 130€/night (910/week) no weekend rentals in high season.
Low season: 75€/day from Monday to Thursday and 525€ full week
Weekend (2 nights minimum) Friday 100€, Saturday 150€, Sunday 150€.

Cleaning charge: €60
Household linen and made-up beds: €60
Jacuzzi available all year round
Monthly rental possible in low season (please contact us for prices)
Possibility of bringing a well-trained dog that respects the premises (please contact us for details).
