Exterior access onto a balcony completes the apartment.
Private parking at the residence and closed garage.

Practical info: In summer and winter alike, you'll find all the activities you need in the resort; the downhill and cross-country ski runs are very close to the residence. Skibus departure point (in winter) 50m away.
In summer, you'll find numerous hiking trails in the resort and you can enjoy swimming in our mountain lakes.
