Located in the centre of Arbois, a stone's throw from Louis Pasteur's house, this historic site is available for eco-tourism. The Moulin de Courcelles has historical and industrial significance for Arbois and the region, as it is mentioned in records dating back to 1362. It is said that this site was the first to produce electric lighting in the region.
The proud owners of this superb site are planning to bring it back into use. We will be delighted to share our knowledge of the area with you, and above all to welcome you to their riverside accommodation in the very centre of Arbois, Pasteur's historic town, whose character has been preserved thanks to the hosts' desire to preserve the authenticity of this gîte.
