In the heart of Peyrieu, the Gîte "Le Saut Peyrieu" can accommodate up to 4 people and a child (maximum 4 years old). It is located on the closed property of the owners and is adjoining a barn. The independent entrance to the cottage is via 3 steps, and overlooks the main living room including a living room and its relaxation area. On your left, a bedroom with a 140*190 bed with a child's bed. On your right, an equipped and semi-open kitchen; a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the kitchen, a wooden staircase guides you to the bedroom with a 140*190 bed and its private toilet with washbasin. The cottage has a private terrace adjoining the owners' house and a large garden to the delight of young and old alike, to relax without being overlooked. Electric heating. The advantage of this cottage: beds are made on arrival, towels and charges are included. Enclosed and secure parking. You can walk along the Rhône located a few hundred meters from the cottage, discover the peaceful town of Belley (10 km) centered around the cathedral of St Jean le Baptiste and its historical monuments, Aix les Bains 18 km.
