Le Studio du Moulin

Charming furnished and equipped studio of 20 m2, the result of the renovation of a small stone outbuilding located near our house.

It's located at the foot of the Revermont mountains, in the foothills of the Jura massif, in a peaceful, leafy setting.

Access to the apartment is via a bay window (with a 10 cm step). It comprises a kitchenette, a sitting area with sofa bed, a small bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
The accommodation
This rental is ideal for a business trip, internship or tourist stopover in a bucolic village.

The accommodation is suitable for 2 people, but can also accommodate 3 (one 140×190 bed + one 140×190 sofa-bed). Bed linen is provided. The bedroom also features a storage area with 3 small shelves.

The kitchen is equipped with a single sink, a small 72 L fridge with 5 L freezer, a microwave, a Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a 1-burner induction hob and kitchen utensils. You'll also find salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, as well as a box with 2 coffee, tea, cappuccino and sugar pods.

The television is an Android LED TV that works via WiFi, with the vagaries of a sometimes capricious ADSL network. Live channels are available via the TF1+, France TV, Arte and M6+ applications.

The bathroom is equipped with an 80×140 shower, vanity unit with washbasin, towel heater, 80 L hot water tank and toilet. Towels are provided.

For tall people, please note that the doorways and shower are not very high or wide.

The extendable dining table can also be used as a desk.

Small outdoor area in front of the studio facing the pool access where you'll find table and chairs.

The pool (chlorine, unheated, 3×6) is located opposite the studio entrance, accessed via a small staircase. It can be used from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the morning and for 2 hours in the afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. It is generally open from June 1 to September 15.
Passenger access
A parking space for your vehicle is reserved in our courtyard.

Either we will be present to welcome you and give you the keys to the apartment, or you will have access to a key box located in the studio's bay window.
Further information
The studio is a 5-minute walk from the village center, which is very close to the source of the Reyssouze.

You'll find a restaurant on the village square ("À la source"), a bakery, a grocery store-tobac-press, a pizzeria and a pharmacy in the neighboring village 800 m away, and a supermarket (U Express) 4.5 km away.

The Bourg sud freeway entrance is 4 km away (A 40, exit n°7), the center of Bourg-en-Bresse is 15 min away and the center of Lyon 55 min.
