The gîte, ideal for a two-person holiday, is housed in an old Comtoise farmhouse in a hamlet in the Angillon valley, on the first plateau of the Jura, which has been carefully restored using only eco-friendly materials. Facing the rising sun, this single-storey, clay-walled studio has its own independent entrance. Guests will appreciate the calm and serenity of the setting, and the window with its view of the Fresse forest and the start of the Route des Sapins. The location near Champagnole is ideal for exploring exceptional natural sites such as lakes and waterfalls, resurgences, retreats and belvederes, historic sites such as the Salines, and the nearby Doubs with its peat bogs, Loue valley and lakes, all less than three-quarters of an hour away. You'll find a kitchen opening onto a sitting area with a wood-burning stove for your enjoyment, in addition to central heating, separate toilet and shower room, a double electric box-spring bed (140*200), with TV. Linen is provided and all amenities are included! Terrace available, deckchairs can be set up in the shade of the large ash trees in the large garden.
