This flat is on the 1st floor of a house and comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with 2 convertible sofas and a TV, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet. For your comfort, beds will be made on arrival, towels are provided and cleaning is included. Outside, there is a large balcony with garden furniture and a small garden area (not attached) with deckchairs and barbecue. Ideally located, 600 metres from a 1.5-hectare municipal park, which is entirely shaded and has a children's play area, a City Park, a Pump Track, a boules pitch and a community café. The gîte is close to the "voie verte", which provides access to the Louhans and Lons le Saunier cycle routes. The spa town of Lons le Saunier is 3 km away and can be reached by bike. Meals can be prepared by the owner on request and at an additional cost.
