At the gates of Savoie, near the lakes of Aiguebelette and Le Bourget, this independent gîte on two levels can accommodate up to 3 people. From the gate, you enter the property which includes the gîte and the owners' residence. Through an independent entrance, you discover a living room with an open and equipped kitchen, an independent toilet, a bedroom with a 140*190 bed and a shower room (washing machine and tumble dryer). From the bedroom, a wooden staircase leads you to a sleeping area (without windows) with two single beds (90x190). Electric heating. The advantage of this gîte is that everything is included - the charges are included in the price as well as the cleaning and bathroom linen. Beds are made up on arrival. A covered and private terrace in the gîte to prolong the moments of rest and relaxation. The gîte also has a private parking space. Ideally located: close to the Rhône and its many activities (kayaking, rowing, swimming, hiking and horse riding). For the more sporty: the Col du Colombier and enjoy the exceptional panorama on arrival. The Via-Rhôna is located close to the gîte to take the time to discover the region and its many tourist attractions.
