This 54m² flat on the 1st floor of a small residence without lift comprises a main room with sofa bed, TV, WIFI and dining area. The kitchen opens onto the living room.
There are 2 bedrooms:
The first with pull-out beds (90cm) and bunk beds (90cm).
The second has a 140cm bed.
Bathroom with washing machine and separate WC.
No pets allowed. Balcony.
Private outdoor parking at the residence (cleared of snow in winter).
Additional electricity charges based on meter reading to be paid to the owner.

Practical info: In summer and winter alike, you'll find all the activities you need in the resort; the downhill ski slopes are 4.1km away and the cross-country ski slopes are 750m away. Skibus departure in winter at the tourist office (1km). In summer, there are numerous hiking trails in the resort and you can enjoy swimming in our mountain lakes. Close to food shops and village centre.
