Discover this charming gîte in the heart of a small village, ideally located in the centre of the department. This village house has a lovely 35m² terrace, perfect for enjoying the view over the fields and woods, which is accessed via a private path. You can also relax on the adjoining petanque pitch.

A bakery and grocery shop are just 50 metres away, while a cheese shop is 100 metres away. The entrance to the gîte is via a barn bridge, for total immersion in the authenticity of the place.

The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and a sitting room, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m) and a private shower room. There is also a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a mezzanine provides a relaxing space. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds (0.90m) and two bunk beds (0.80m), and the other with a double bed (1.60m). A shower room with WC completes this floor.

Underfloor heating on the ground floor ensures optimum comfort.

A fixed charge of €100 per stay, including bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning, is compulsory. Linen and bath towels can be hired for €7/person.
In addition, two small studios are available for rent on the ground floor.
