If you're looking for peace and quiet and nature, then this timber-frame house is for you! The ground floor comprises a living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen and dining room with pellet stove, a sitting room with TV, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a shower room with shower cubicle and a separate toilet. The 1st floor comprises a mezzanine with sofa and TV, a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be twinned), a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and a shower room with shower cubicle and WC. For your comfort, beds will be made on arrival and cleaning is included. Outside, you can enjoy the serenity of the grounds on the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs. There is also a petanque area. Ideally situated for exploring Dole, a town of art and history, where you can discover the wealth of its architecture or stroll along the tanners' canal, Lons-le-Saunier, a spa town and famous birthplace of the Vache Qui rit (laughing cow) or Pierre-de-Bresse with its remarkable château. The picturesque villages of Château-Chalon and Baume les Messieurs are around thirty minutes away. Note: 1 bag of pellets provided free of charge per day.
