Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises a first bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 2 single beds (90cm) and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm).

There is also a bathroom and separate WC.
Balcony (overlooking the slopes) with garden furniture in summer.

Practical info: In summer and winter, you'll find all the activities you need in the resort; the downhill ski slopes are at the foot of the residence and the cross-country ski slopes are 2km away. Skibus departure (in winter) 250m away.
In summer, there are numerous hiking trails in the resort and you can enjoy a swim in our mountain lakes. The nearest shops are in the village of Prémanon, 3km away, and the village of Les Rousses is 5km away.
