L'Escapade

This gîte, adjoining the owner's house in the heart of the Lake District, comprises on the ground floor a fully-equipped kitchen with large dining table, 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed. Upstairs, there is a lounge with overhead projector and table football, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 family bedrooms, each with 4 single beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower cubicle and separate WC. Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, as well as a large plot of land. For your convenience, beds will be made up on arrival. Private parking on site. There is a quarter-port for parking your car and a garage for storing your bikes and motorbikes.... Gilles, the owner, is passionate about outdoor activities and will be delighted to advise you on the many walks and cycle rides available in the area (bike hire available). The gîte is ideally situated for exploring the Hérisson waterfalls, Lake Chalain and the spa town of Lons le Saunier, as well as for tasting Comté cheese in the surrounding dairy farms.
