The ground floor comprises a large, bright living room - with direct access to a 40 m² outdoor terrace - with fully-equipped kitchen and dining room featuring a pellet stove (provided free of charge), a lounge with sofa and TV, a shower room with shower and toilet, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200) and a bathroom with bath and toilet. Upstairs, a large mezzanine has been converted into a games room where you can play pool or table football. There are also 3 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (180*200) and 1 single bed (90*190), 2 with 2 single beds (90*200) that can be twinned, and a shower room with shower and WC. For your comfort, beds will be made on arrival and towels are provided. Complete baby equipment is available (pushchair, cot, high chair, bath and potty). Outside, you can enjoy a 20-acre park planted with trees, with a petanque area. You can also relax on the deckchairs in the shade of the pine trees. The terrace, complete with garden furniture and barbecue, is a great place to spend some convivial time. There is an open garage with space for 3 cars and an enclosed lock for storing bikes and motorbikes. Along the cycle route from Dole to Mont sous Vaudrey, just cross the courtyard and saddle up! You can go for a swim in the Loue, which is a twenty-minute walk from the gîte. Ideally situated for exploring Dole and its rich heritage, Arbois, famous for its wines, and Poligny, capital of Comté cheese, are just 20 minutes away.
