Just 10 minutes from Dole, this contemporary house is the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends. (This gîte can also be booked for 4 people (G2495) or 11 people (G2496), but if you book the 6-person version, you will of course be the only occupants. On the ground floor, there is a large, bright living room with direct access to a 40 m² outdoor terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with pellet stove (provided free of charge), a lounge with sofa and TV, a shower room with shower and WC, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200) and a bathroom with bath and WC. Upstairs, a large mezzanine has been converted into a games room where you can play pool or table football. For your comfort, beds will be made on arrival and towels are provided. Complete baby equipment is available (pushchair, cot, high chair, bath and potty). Outside, you can enjoy a 20-acre park planted with trees and a petanque area. You can also relax on the deckchairs in the shade of the pine trees. The terrace, complete with garden furniture and barbecue, is a great place to spend some convivial time. There is an open garage with space for 3 cars and an enclosed lock for storing bikes, motorbikes and pushchairs. The house is located along the Jules Grévy cycle route linking Dole to Mont sous Vaudrey. Just cross the courtyard and saddle up! You can go for a walk or a swim in the Loue river, which is about twenty minutes' walk from the gîte. Ideally situated for exploring Dole and its rich heritage, you can also stroll along the Tanners' Canal or take an electric boat trip on the Doubs. Arbois, famous for its wines, and Poligny, the capital of Comté cheese, are just 20 minutes away.
