Situated in a green setting on 117 acres of land, this modern house has been converted from a former workshop and features a large, bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room with TV and wood-burning fireplace (for use in winter only). 2 bedrooms, each with single beds that can be combined to create a king-size bed, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC, a separate WC and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the ground floor. The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds that can also be twinned, and a fifth bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 shower room with walk-in shower and 1 separate WC. Each bedroom has electric roller shutters. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, a lounge area, a barbecue and plancha, and deckchairs so you can enjoy the peace and quiet and admire the surrounding countryside. You can also take a stroll around the private pond (special care must be taken with children, as there are no fences) or challenge your friends to a game of pétanque (boules provided). There is a carport for storing your cars, boats and canoes, and an enclosed storage area for your bikes or motorbikes. Lovers of fishing and boat trips will be delighted with the Port de la Saisse 1 km away and the Port du Meix at Pont de la Pyle 10 km away. For swimming, Lake Clairvaux with its supervised beach is just 10 minutes away. There are many walking and cycling routes in the vicinity of the gîte. And of course, don't forget to stop off at a cheese dairy to taste the famous Comté cheese. The ground floor is accessible for people with reduced mobility (shower with seat, WC, and door width of 90 cm).
