Charming 110m2 flat in a private mansion with garden and terrace

Welcome to La Troussotte, my pretty Jura pied à terre. My name is Lyse, I live in Alsace and fell in love with the Jura a few years ago. My flat is in a former 18th century mansion (the Hôtel Moreau). I fell in love with the space, which I decided to renovate with great care and put everything in place to make you feel as comfortable as I do: reading, cooking (the knives are sharp!), playing games, having a barbecue... You'll feel at home... just like at home.

The building is on the main road through Salins, lined with shops of all kinds. Nearby you'll find a supermarket, bakeries, patisseries, cafés and restaurants, the thermal baths and other shops.

The flat is located on the second and top floor. It was completely renovated by an interior designer in early 2024. It opens onto a large living room on the street side, with a top-of-the-range fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). A long corridor leads to a large double bedroom, separate WC, bathroom with walk-in shower and a second double bedroom.
