Association POSTURECO

Our association aims to support you in the movement of the body for daily well-being, to develop physical condition for the improvement of living conditions.
We have been supporting you for 10 years in the Pays de Gex with Pilates and Nordic walking.
We offer courses at three different levels to meet everyone's needs. Classes take place in Cessy and Prévessin-Moëns.
Nordic walking takes you through the different trails of the Pays de Gex, discovering this wonderful landscape at the foot of the Jura.
