Taken over by Didier Rigaud, this restaurant with its blue and white decoration is one of the must-see addresses in the plain of chaussinoise... La Gouillette can accommodate up to 120 people when its terrace is operational. The atmosphere is relaxed, as is the staff, who are anxious to satisfy the customers as well as possible. The menu gives priority to river and lake fish: trout, perch, pike-perch, carp... Meat comes from selected farms, as does offal. New: fresh frogs are in the spotlight all year round on reservation.
