Bistrot La Gourmandine

La Gourmandine is a friendly restaurant in the heart of the village of Augisey, serving traditional cuisine.
A bistro, restaurant and grocery shop, it's the hub of village life.
You can quench your thirst here after a lovely walk in the area!

Restaurant:
Régis prepares two different dishes every lunchtime (Monday to Friday) and on Thursdays you can try his famous calf's head! Everything is homemade.

You can reserve dishes for groups or gatherings, for your events. We can travel to you.
> Takeaway meals: twice a month (register with the restaurant). Dish of the day to take away.
Possibility of ordering pastries from the Gevingey bakery (pastry menu available for consultation at the restaurant).


La Gourmandine also has a pizza van on Friday evenings and Sunday evenings in summer. Régis is the third generation to make this delicious pizza dough, the recipe for which comes from his grandfather! Discover it for yourself!
