Catering side
Laurent and Marie Lou are at the stove to cook your everyday dishes with the objective of varying the pleasures at home and at work. Our house puts its skills at your service for your small and large events, family meals, weddings, meals with friends, aperitif dinners, preparation of meal trays, buffets or cocktails for local companies.

Meat side
In order to offer you quality products, Philippe Pochon carefully selects his suppliers such as Maison Miéral for poultry, the Petit Trèfle farm for Angus Petit Trèfle meat exclusive to the butcher's shop and its exceptional Charolais cattle, Benjamin André from Confrançon for black Gascon pork, organic free-range pork from Auvergne and organic lamb. Bruno and Corentin are at your disposal in our store.

Charcuterie side
Camille and Emilien make all our meat and fish terrines, pies, black pudding, cooked sausages, entremets and ham on the bone. The other products are selected by our care with the artisanal manufacture and the quality of the product as reference.
