Established in 2017, Tatup Bakery campaigns to propose an economically viable model by proving that zero waste, eco-responsibility and the principles of a better society must start in businesses. Sales prices have not changed since 2017!

Here, production starts at midnight from scratch every day. Respect for the customer is at the heart of our concerns, with a proposition that combines health and delicacies. Everything comes from recipes created on site, and over the years we've developed a range of plant-based snacks and sourdough breads, as well as gourmet low-glycemic pastries. Everything is cooked over a wood fire.

Worth a detour: the Patoune, unique in the world, is a delicious viennoiserie, a kind of bread dough turnover with chocolate, which here replaces the usual croissants and pains au chocolat.
