Brasserie du Levain

Located in the heart of Besançon, on Place Victor Hugo, Brasserie Levain is both a traditional microbrewery and a friendly bar.

Everything here is home-made: brewing, fermentation, maturing in oak barrels and bottling. The beers, made using a rare indigenous fermentation method, offer unique and authentic flavours, often inspired by the world of wine.
