The Callahan Pub & Brasserie is open from Monday to Saturday, with a continuous pub service and a two-course brasserie. At lunchtime, orders are taken from 11.45am to 1.30pm. In the evening, service resumes at 6:45pm and continues until 9:30pm. The pub is open non-stop from 11.45am to 10.30pm Monday to Thursday, and until 11.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The pub is closed on Sundays and certain public holidays.
