We sell home-made charcuterie, take-away catering, butcher's shop, local meats, regional cheeses, local products, wine... Our charcuterie lab is located in Le Balmay in the Combe du Val, you can find all our products in our three shops in Dortan, Bellignat and Le Balmay as well as in several small shops in the region.
