In the center of the village of Segny, under the arcades, in a peaceful and pleasant setting, this Parisian-inspired bistro offers a warm welcome. A small, carefully selected wine list combines proprietary vintages with some of the great classics of French vineyards, perfect for accompanying each dish.
The chef, Arnaud Epherre, after classic training as a chef at La Mainaz and an enriching career in neighboring Switzerland, decided to settle in Segny in 2008. Together with friends, he has passionately set up his bistro. His culinary credo is based on quality and respect for products, as well as simplicity of presentation, in order to offer the best possible value for money.
All dishes are cooked on site, and Arnaud has brought giblets back into fashion. Let yourself be tempted by his kidneys, sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, or his authentic rabbit pâté, a real invitation to rediscover regional cuisine in all its simplicity and flavor.
