Traditional French cuisine.
Tournedos with morel mushrooms, supreme of poultry with Gex blue cheese, mushroom crust, hot boxes in season, Jura trout, plate of charcuterie from the Franche-Comté region... Here, the dishes are unquestionably inspired by French and Franche-Comté cuisine and are happily accompanied by cheeses (Comté, Morbier, Mont d'Or...), local wines and spirits (vin Jaune, Savagnin, Pontarlier...).
To be enjoyed with friends or family over an evening or at lunchtime, they are also available as dishes of the day (and daily menus at €14.50) to the delight of business travellers and lorry drivers. Whether they're regulars or just passing through, nearly a hundred of them stop off every day for a break that's as convivial as it is tasty.
