Feodor's story began in the Haut Combes in the Haut Jura nature park. At Feodor's, you'll find cuisine made entirely with the help of a "smoker".
We are a smokehouse: we cook our meat and fish at a low temperature in a wood-fired smoker. BBQ cuisine is a veritable melting pot of culinary cultures: an ancestral Amerindian cooking method, Asian and European sauces and marinades... It's like the United States itself: multicultural.
