You'll also enjoy revisited canaille dishes, sometimes with a well-thought-out local touch by the chef.
These gourmet platters can be beautifully accompanied by a fine bottle of wine from one of the 300 references on offer, including 40 Jura winemakers who represent the local terroir and its complexity very well.

Chef Ludovic Alran is passionate about cooking and loves the Jura and its gastronomy. A former second-in-command to Jean-Paul Jeunet (a 2-star chef), he works hard to ensure the origin of his raw materials, and with him you'll enjoy a cuisine based on fresh fruit and vegetables. Our menu changes very often, depending on the season, and always offers something new to discover.

You can accompany your meal with a wide range of wines by the glass (with a dozen to choose from) or by the bottle. You'll find all the Jura appellations, grape varieties and styles in our cellar. Some winemakers produce small quantities, while others are among the region's most important. They all work in different ways, but are determined to produce the best possible wine from the unique grape varieties and terroir that the Jura has to offer.
