The Comptoir des Docks offers traditional French cuisine using fresh, seasonal produce.
You will also enjoy revisited canaille dishes, sometimes with a well thought-out local touch by the chef.
These gourmet dishes can be beautifully accompanied by a fine bottle of wine from among 300 references on offer, including 40 Jura winegrowers who represent the local soil and its complexity very well.
To speak of fresh products is to speak of seasonal products and therefore to renew oneself!

Chef Marc Flageul, of Breton origin and passionate about cooking, fell in love with the Jura and its gastronomy.
He works a lot on the origin of the raw materials and with him, you will appreciate a cuisine made from the fruits and vegetables of the moment.
This is why our menus change according to the season and always offer new products.
You will be able to accompany your meal with a varied offer of wines by the glass (with a dozen choices) or by the bottle that you should not hesitate to take home.
You will find in our cellar all the Jura appellations, grape varieties and styles. More than 40 wine producers are listed, from the north of Arbois to the south of Lons-le-Saunier.
Some have small productions, others are among the most important in the region. All work in different ways, but are determined to produce the best possible wine from the unique grape varieties and terroir that the Jura offers.
