
Fournil Le Pain de la Pierre - Pain au levain cuit au feu de bois
Le Fournil du Pain de la Pierre offers a wide range of breads:
- Semi-wholemeal bread (T80) comes in several varieties: plain, with flax and sunflower seeds, walnuts, or poppy seeds.
- Einkorn bread, appreciated for its taste and high digestibility.
- Pure rye bread.
All these breads are sourdough, made with organic flour and baked in a wood-fired oven. Available in 500g or 800g loaves.
For those with a sweet tooth, the range also includes chocolate shortbread, brioche and sandwich bread.
Other local products are also on sale at the bakery: Plateau beer and Pierre Naudion honey.

Finally, you can find the bread on Wednesdays at the Ecoserie organic grocery store in Artemare, as well as at the Fruitière du Valromey in Virieu-le-Petit. Some of the bread is served at the Ferme-Auberge “Chez Cuzieu” restaurant, located right next to the bakery.
