Le Fournil de la Pierre offers a whole range of breads and other gustatory delights: - Country-style bread (T65) and semi-complete bread (T80/T110) with seeds on the outside only or mixed in with the dough (sesame, sunflower, poppy); - Small spelt bread, appreciated for its gustatory qualities but also for its high digestibility.

All our breads are leavened and baked in the wood-fired oven we built in this old barn.

For those with a sweet tooth, this range is complemented by savoury and sweet options that change with the seasons:
- Les épis: aperitif biscuits with rosemary and seeds
- Pizzas: tomato, village comté and Nyons olives
- Bread with raisins or walnuts - Shortbread of all kinds: chocolate, raisin, walnut, lemon-cinnamon, with spices ...
- Madeleines

These products are on sale at the bakery along with other products from our neighbours: cheese, vegetables, beer, honey, etc. Mondays and Wednesdays from 4pm to 7pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3.30pm to 5pm.

The bakery is also part of the Bugey Côtés Fermes farm shop in Belley. You can find our bread in the Ecoserie organic grocery shop in Artemare, as well as at the Valromey dairy. Finally, our breads are served at the "Ô Saisons" restaurant and the "Chez Cuzieu" farm inn, both in the Valromey region.
