Bérengère, a young baker based in an 18th century Comtoise farmhouse, will delight your taste buds with her natural sourdough bread baked in a wood-fired oven in an imposing tuyé. A tuyé from which no sausages come out, a rare thing! Here it is seed bread, rye bread, small spelt bread, cakes/cookies and savoury/sweet brioches that Bérangère takes out of the tuyé to deliver to your home or to delicatessens in Montbenoît (Chalet Querry on Saturday) and Pontarlier (Vrac on Wednesday).
