La Buvette du Conservatoire

Bordering the Place de la Révolution, the Buvette wine bar occupies the former Conservatoire de Musique in the heart of the town. The setting? Old flagstones on the floor, a long marble bar, a giant portrait of Gustave Courbet, mirrors, vintage furniture... a cosy tasting room and a vast, much-loved terrace. To extend your wine, cocktail or champagne tasting experience, the chef prepares inspired platters of cold meats and cheeses, mimosa eggs, organic beef tartare, smoked fish rillettes...
