At the Domaine de Bersaillin, chef Zélie creates a new menu each season, featuring local, seasonal produce carefully selected from regional producers.

For guests staying several days, we're keen to help you discover even more flavours! On reservation, the chef will propose a new menu every evening, to vary the pleasures and take you on a journey inspired by the market.

We also cater for group meals, whether for birthdays, christenings, farewells or company lunches. We offer made-to-measure menus, with or without desserts, always prepared with quality products and in a spirit of conviviality. These services are only available on reservation, to guarantee you a tailor-made experience.
