Based at the foot of the Grand Colombier mountain for two generations, Christelle, Anthony and Fanny raise pigs, Highland cattle and sheep in the open air, with great respect for nature, animals and people.
All the animals are fed with hay and cereals produced on our farm.
Our farm has Level 3 High Environmental Value (HVE) certification.
Our top-quality meats and charcuterie (made using only meat from the farm) are sold in bulk and vacuum-packed.
They are all home-made on the farm, with no nitrite salts or additives.
We welcome you to our Ferme Auberge during the summer months! Our menu is based on meat and charcuterie produced on site. These are accompanied exclusively by products from neighbouring farms. 100% homemade to delight your taste buds.
Here we welcome our guests "as if they were at home", and it goes without saying that we welcome them well!
