La Source Bleue

This restaurant is located in a small, peaceful village in the Cusancin valley, in the Val de Cusance, close to the Source Bleue, as its name suggests!
It serves refined, home-cooked French cuisine, using fresh, local produce (including trout specialities).
Housed in a charming 18th-century stone house, the restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a lovely covered terrace overlooking the river and wooded landscape.
