L'Abbaye
Situated on the banks of Lac de l'Abbaye on the Grandvaux plateau, the Spa de l'Abbaye hotel-restaurant offers 26 comfortable air-conditioned rooms with lake views.
The restaurant serves fresh local cuisine, all prepared on site.
You can sample a wide range of regional specialities: lake pike quenelles au gratin with comté cheese, game, morel mushrooms, etc., accompanied by Jura wines (from Arbois, Château-Chalon, etc.) and others.
Restaurant capacity: 100 covers.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
The restaurant is open Tuesday evening + Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday lunchtimes and evenings, as well as Sunday lunchtimes and evenings by reservation for Brasero evenings!
